Ariel grew up in Taiwan and Australia and has traveled extensively throughout Asia. Prior to joining Allard Partners in 2008, she taught English in South Korea. Recently Ariel was awarded first place in Australia's national Korean Language Performance Contest which was held by the Korean Consulate. 

Ariel has also lived and worked in Taiwan as both a translator and a volunteer for various charities.

At Allard Partners Ariel works closely with the investment team to facilitate their research process. She is also responsible for stream-lining the collation and distribution of information for Allard's research library.
