At Allard Partners, Ho focuses on identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, particularly in Korea, where he grew up.

Ho began his career in the finance industry as an equity analyst with Daewoo Securities in Korea where he provided full research coverage for retail, transportation and electronics sectors.  In 2000 Ho joined Deloitte in Seoul, where he spent six years providing multinational clients with financial advisory services including due diligence reviews, valuation and corporate restructuring services.
