Joseph grew up in Australia and began his career in the finance industry as a Portfolio Accountant with Colonial First State. In 2004 he moved to Hong Kong to work as a Senior Fund Accountant with State Street Bank & Co. His experience at these companies gave him a strong knowledge of various aspects of financial products, such as fund structure and flow of operations. He also worked closely with external service providers such as auditors and fund administrators.

Joseph joined Allard Partners in 2005 as a Senior Financial Officer. In 2008 he was promoted to Finance Manager. Joseph works closely with the service providers of the Funds and is responsible for monitoring financial, operational, regulatory and compliance issues.
