Lydia was the first staff member to join Wayne at Allard Partners in 1995, and helped him set up the company. She is in charge of the Hong Kong office administration and responsible for the wide spectrum of operations work for the funds. Lydia has over 20 years of back-office experience in the trustee and banking industry in Hong Kong.
