Sally is responsible for coordinating the investment team's activities to ensure the research process is effectively integrated with portfolio management. 

After completing a Master of Business, a strong interest in the diversity of financial markets, particularly in Asia where she spent part of her childhood, led her to seek employment in the investment industry . Prior to joining Allard Partners in 2007 Sally spent six years working as a veterinarian in various locations around Australia.
