Sally is responsible for coordinating the investment team's activities to ensure the research process is effectively integrated with portfolio management. 

Sally developed a strong interest in the fiversity of financial markets (particularly in Asia, where she spent part of her childhood) while completing a Master of Business. This led her to seek employment in the investment industry.

Prior to joining Allard Partners in 2007 Sally spent six years working as a veterinarian in various locations around Australia.
