Wayne Peters grew up in Hong Kong and Australia.  In 1995, after 15 years in the finance industry, he set up Allard Partners to pursue his belief in growth opportunities for investors in the Asia Pacific region at a time of significant structural change.

As the founder of the company, he has over 13 years experience applying Allard’s valuation based absolute return investment approach.

He is responsible for the overall direction of the company and also focuses on identifying investment opportunities, particularly in South East Asia and Hong Kong / China (where he lived for more than 15 years).
